Following a meeting with Nitin Passi (Owner and CEO) the project brief was clear – there would need to be a number of key hires throughout the year to build his board to achieve a £1bn profit by 2020. Nitin didn’t want to compromise on hiring the best in the industry whilst maintaining the company culture that he had built so far.
