Our client supplies safety training for the offshore and shipping industry. For their Dutch operation, based in Rotterdam, Page Executive was assigned the task of searching for candidates for the position of Managing Director of the Netherlands who was to report to the regional director of Central Europe.


Solution

Using our network, our database of possible candidates who are strategically minded and experienced, and via targeted advertisements, Page Executive attracted potential candidates. After several screenings, interview rounds, assessments and reference checks, the final candidate could be appointed.


Outcome

The shortlist for this executive assignment was presented within six weeks after the start of the search.
