This is a business development manager role responsible for selling our clients business jet management solutions into high net worth individuals across Hong Kong, and China.
The primary responsibility for this role will be to close new business in the region with a target of adding new business jets to our clients Hong Kong, and China fleet each year.
The role will focus on the Pearl River Delta and Mainland China market with the possible support of roles to the CEO in the Asia region.
The business development manager will need to deal with representatives accountable to a client (aircraft owner), and has to be highly organised and possess excellent presentation skills so that they are able to explain the value and uniqueness of our clients offering very precisely.
The Successful Applicant
You may be a high performer in private banking, business / commercial aviation, or high end luxury real estate or boat sales looking for a new challenge in business aviation.
You will need minimum 5 - 10 Years experience selling solutions into to high net worth individuals across Hong Kong and China with a stellar track record of success.
- Commercial Acumen - The ability to effectively prioritise and manage the sales deal pipeline always prioritising your time with the clients who are closest to generating revenue for the business.
- Flexibility and Commitment - The ability to work beyond the usual office hours and be willing to entertain key clients and prospects whenever necessary and at short notice in the interests of closing deals and keeping service levels high.
- Languages - You will be tri-lingual with fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English and have the ability to deal with and manage high net worth individuals primarily from the Hong Kong and China market.
