About Our Client
Our client is an italian well known Brand in the Chemicals market
Responding to the Sales Director the first responsibility of the Manager is to ensure that the business unit is meeting goals that contribute to the overall success of the company. The position has a broad range of responsibilities: from analyzing market trends and training and mentoring staff, to creating and implementing strategies to reach targets.
In particular the Business Unit Manager :
Exhibit effective listening skills and good communication skills
Foster a team environment based on sound business judgement, problem solving and leadership.
Manage and develop the sales team across the given region
The Successful Applicant
Candidates must demonstrate a solid track record in Chemical Market and in particular:
Truly global sales experience for Plastics
Good analytical skills
A complete focus on results
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel globally on a frequent basis.
Proven ability to motivate teams to achieve high standards and accomplish set outcomes
