About Our Client
Our client is a leading Holding having a deep knowledge in aluminum and PVC products.
Our client a holding with a solid background in aluminum products , is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for :
- Implementing sales budget;
- Establishing procedures to monitor the processes, tasks, and activities of people;
- Ensuring that the commercial objectives are met in terms of sales, revenue, and profitability;
- Reviewing existing sales methods/strategies and proposing alternative and more effective ideas to increase the market share and sales as well as supervising the sales team;
- Evaluating the data gathered withing the company and formulating the solutions and courses of action to reach logical decisions (unbiased, rational approach);
- Maintaining a strong communication with both of the board members and HQ and keeping them up to date with the company's products, clients, and market trends.
- Establishing clear market picture;
- Introducing and qualifying products to customers according to market targets;
- Establishing yearly sales budget with relevant BDMs and Export Managers;
- Updating market data to support midterm plans.
The Successful Applicant
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience especially in aluminum industry:
- Bachelor degree in related fields;
- Good command of English;
- Minimum (10) years of work experience ,preferable in aluminum market;
- In depth knowledge and experience for aluminum and construction industry;
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills;
- Availability for domestic traveling;
- Superior analytically sales skills;
- Strong sales and business development skills as well as ability to cope with a multitask environment;
- Perfectionist, result oriented, and tough personality;
- Good level of MS office application;
