Sales Manager for OES
Independent family owned company in the lubricants business
Manage and extend a portfolio of Key Account Customers in the Western Europe
About Our Client
For our client, a fast growing company in the lubricants business, we are currently searching for an experienced Sales Manager of OES to support the development of its sales structure, its growth and profitability.
-In synergy with a Sales Engineer, will further develop the existing portfolio of OES/Key Accounts customers according to the business plan OES/Key accounts and will develop new potential accounts.
-Participate to the management of new tenders and RFP.
-Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their needs and requirements.
-Extend and upgrade the service level to customers by optimizing the technical commercial support, Supply chain management, Inventory management, easy to do business processes etc..
-Together with the customer, will create the ideal product mix adapted to his specific needs, in line with upselling strategies.
-Be responsible for the pricing- negotiating contract terms and condition to meet both customer and company needs.
-Be responsible for an optimal process flow according to the contract terms (easy to do business, supply chain, forecast and monitoring, reporting…).
-Propose solutions to improve level of services and Supply Chain.
The Successful Applicant
-8 to 12 years of (technical) Sales Management background within the lubricants automotive business OES.
-A candidate with a strong experience in Sales and OES management in other sectors may be considered.
-The candidate should come from an industrial environment with a professional experience dealing with production sites and logistic Managers.
-Ability to travel extensively, work independently and learn continuously.
-Sales skills/Communication skills/Presentation skills.
-Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Fluent in English and German. French and Dutch are a plus.
