The profile we search will manage the planning and the implementation of the solution strategy, he will be responsible for the positioning of the Company as solution provider.
We are looking for a manager with a strong acquisition experience in business solution who can lead sales, project teams and establishes long term customer relationship.
The solutions business manager has many years of experience and he will deal with marketing and sales activities in selected customer groups.
- Managing all aspects of the Solutions Division including the key account and project sales teams
- Developing effective sales strategies and setting targets
- Setting up and support of the relations to key customers
- Establishing long term customer relationships
- Focusing and analysing market development and competitors
- Achieving goals & objectives and increase the sales performance
- Continuous optimisation of business processes
The Successful Applicant
- Many years of experience with C-level contacts
- Proven track record and significant working experience in a similar managerial role
- Strong team leading experience and self-management competencies
- Passionate net-worker with relevant market and competitor knowledge in the food/pharma industry
- To be familiar with the Solution Business with a strong customer orientation
- Experienced in sales and key account management
- Excellent ability of strategic thinking and long term planning skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and goal orientation
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Fluent English skills
