About Our Client
Our client is a leading producer of industrial products.
- Manage and develop the sales team across the given region
- Responsible for sales and margin for the region
- Develop area sales plans while increasing the market share
- Foster a team environment based on sound business judgement, problem solving and leadership.
The Successful Applicant
- Business degree and/or engineering degree preferred. MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10 years sales in selling solutions and products to end customers in the Logistics, Manufacturing & Service industries
- 5+ years as a Sales Manager, managing sales and sales team in the territory
- Balanced between short term achievement and long term development
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Understanding and articulate basic business finance terms and the necessity for financial control.
