About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading players in the automotive industry globally.

Job Description

  • Implement business strategies introduced by HQ in defined markets
  • Develop and implement new business strategies/ideas on a cluster level
  • Interface between importer and HQ to improve communication and cooperation by frequent visits to importers and big fleet customers
  • Explore the possibility for combined parts purchase (CI countries) to increase volume
  • Develop and implement a process for campaigns on regional level
  • Monitoring and steering the budget planning and fulfilment for defined markets
  • Assess the need for training on importer's side
  • Support importers in general service matters e.g. warranty/goodwill process, portal usage, ordering special tools
  • Looking after compliance of importers concerning business standards during visits

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in auto parts or equipment, preferably in commercial vehicles/automotive/industrial solutions industry.
  • Strong leadership skills including performance management and people development, mentoring/coaching, conflict management
  • Excellent Commercial & business management knowledge and network within the commercial vehicle industry
  • Good stakeholder management and an ability to manage vertical and horizontal relationships
  • High customer orientation and intercultural competence
