Job Description

  • Handle complex antitrust litigation matters, including investigations and disputes.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on antitrust and competition law issues.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents and pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, or mediation proceedings.
  • Assist with compliance programs and risk assessments related to antitrust laws.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in New York.
  • Strong background in antitrust litigation and competition law.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
