Job Description

The Business Development Director will lead business opportunities in East Asia from sales strategy to overall sales operations responsibility, to boost revenue and growth.

The BD Director will partner with internal global Brand and sales managers to leverage existing brand abilities to the potential new markets in Asia-Pacific.

The BD Director will build strong presence and deep trust-relations with key stakeholders of key accounts and distributors in the Asia-Pacific market and will invest in analyzing and seeking suitable channels to grow sales and promote potential opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Job requirements:

* Business Development experience in Asia Pacific - proven track record in driving business growth of lea*ding international brands.

* Successful track record in the fashion industry and Apparel businesses including product understanding

* Existing network and connections and deep understanding of the Asia Pacific market (Brands, Retailers, customers, SC, vendors, E-com)

* Experience working in retail multi-site locations throughout Asia Pacific

* Retail, franchise, Ecom, distributor and wholesale understandingSkills:

* Growth mindset, sales orientation, and international commercial thinking

* Pro-active, independent, and self-motivated person seeking opportunities.

* Creative thinking and sales solution orientated with operation abilities to execute.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong understanding of finance aspects, analytical skills

* High level of negotiations skills

* Result driven with Can-do approach, focused on targets and performance.

* Flexible and agile - able to move fast.
