Job Description

* Develop and execute the APAC IT strategy in alignment with global business objectives.
* Lead digital transformation, focusing on smart manufacturing, IoT, AI, cloud solutions, and enterprise systems.
* Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and emerging technology implementations.
* Partner with regional business leaders to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
* Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance across different APAC markets.
* Build and lead a high-performing regional IT team, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

* 15+ years of IT leadership experience, with a strong background in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
* Proven track record in digital transformation, ERP implementation (SAP preferred), and cloud strategies.
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, and emerging technologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a matrixed global organization.
* Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
