Job Description
- Build and lead Asia sales while implementing strategies and tactics that lead to growth, market development and profitability of the company
- Manage a distributor sales network while focusing on enhancing product recall value in the region
- Create and put plans into place to streamline existing distributor networks, appoint new channel partners to grow the business
- Helm all aspects of the business expansion including regulatory, sales, marketing & distribution, medical education and legal
- Develop the strategy for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) advocacy plans to build and maintain critical relationships
- Plan and develop programs and participates in medical congresses, expert meetings and other medical activities
- Maintain budget responsibility for Asia programs
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 8 years experience in business development in the medical devices industry
- Experience in working with both, direct sales teams and distributors
- Proven track record of delivering growth and achieving key commercial objectives
- Ability to work with cross functional teams across sales, marketing, medical affairs and regulatory affairs
