About Our Client
Our client is a leading business in TIC sector.
Job Description
- Establish and communicate the vision and strategy across the business unite and serve as input to enterprise-wide strategy
- Drive consistent and efficient global processes for seamless customer delivery
- Identify and design growth strategies and innovation to cater to evolving client demands and requirements within service line/industry, and create the required service portfolio.
- Establish relevant contacts with potential key technology/strategic alliance partners and develop a commercial partnership strategy.
- Guide and support change initiatives and new business models
- Provide support and direction for specific challenges that have major impact on the business
- Oversee continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency both internal and external
- Attend leadership team meetings as needed, present business plan and strategy
- Incorporate leadership team feedback on strategy and actions
- Build personal relationships and establish credibility with leadership team members
- Interact with key customers and other stakeholders
- Attend industry events and network with customers and key stakeholders
- Engage in "deep dives" with big and complex customers
- Understand the unique strengths and developmental areas of direct reports and the team
- Establishes opportunities for growth to enhance career journey

- Business and financial acumen

- Technological savvy - impact of technology on product/service, and customers
- Ability to drive growth through various business models - TIC as well as software/digital
- Ability to execute (e.g., going beyond the talk to making something happen)
- M&A exposure/experience
- Experience with complex customer interactions, products, and services
- Track record of building strong people/teams
- Regional experience (culture, market, business practices, etc.)
- Experience implementing significant organizational changes
- Visionary, strategic thinker who leads the change in the market
- Human and engaging, building a culture of trust, inspiration, drive and growth
- Able to partner and lead partnership across region, matrixed, and cross-functional divisions/teams
- Able to adapt and serve as change agent
