Job Description

  • Draft and review legal documents related to capital market transactions.
  • Provide strategic advice on securities laws and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their legal and regulatory needs are met.
  • Conduct legal research to support transaction structuring and execution.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for agreements and contracts.
  • Assist in regulatory filings and disclosures as required by governing bodies.
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance and related legal matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting capital markets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
  • Proven expertise in capital markets and securities law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
