Job Description

  • Advise clients on corporate and capital markets transactions, including securities offerings and compliance.
  • Draft and negotiate complex legal documents related to corporate finance and securities law.
  • Provide guidance on SEC regulations and filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients' strategic objectives.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and expertise.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in capital markets regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in Washington or eligibility to gain admission.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and capital markets legal practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with team members.
