Job Description

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to identify and mitigate risks in transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and legal developments impacting energy and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the professional services industry.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Bar membership in good standing in Washington or eligibility for admission.
  • Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal challenges.
