Job Description

  • Advise clients on financial services regulatory matters, including compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to regulatory compliance and financial services transactions.
  • Conduct research and analysis on evolving regulatory frameworks and their impact on client operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and regulatory challenges effectively.
  • Provide support in regulatory investigations, audits, and enforcement actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored legal solutions.
  • Keep up to date with changes in financial services regulations and share insights with internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on regulatory topics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. financial services regulations and their application to professional services.
  • Exceptional legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
