Job Description

  • Manage and oversee intellectual property litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Provide counsel to clients on intellectual property matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Analyze and interpret intellectual property laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of case files and legal documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in intellectual property law and share insights with the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:
