Job Description

  • Own & develop your assigned industry & functional specialism, establishing an extensive network of the senior management and executive leaders in the space
  • Partner with customers to find the best talent in the market for their business & provide people and business focused solutions
  • Provide value-add market insights & consult on a variety of people related topics such as DE&I, ESG, the future work, company culture
  • Build new relationships & maximise existing partnerships
  • Ensure a well-managed recruitment process, maintaining excellent standards & customer service to both candidates and clients
  • Develop and mentor new consultants as the company continues to grow
