Job Description

  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate finance transactions.
  • Advise clients on legal issues concerning commercial real estate projects.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts, leases, and loan agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for real estate acquisitions and financing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate finance matters.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and legal developments in real estate finance.
  • Support business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:
