Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in litigation and trial cases, focusing on white-collar defense and investigations.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including briefs and memoranda.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies and solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal issues to present clear recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing cases for trial and managing all aspects of the litigation process.
  • Handle white-collar defense and investigations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain compliance with legal regulations and uphold ethical standards.
  • Participate in business development efforts and client relationship management.

The Successful Applicant
