Ensures the business is a "Partner of Choice" for all local Landlords. Keeps good business relationship with all Landlords operating within the region.
Delivers 3 year rolling pipeline of high-quality sites across the brand portfolio to achieve annual (AOP) and long-term growth objectives for the company.
Supports growth of the franchised business of any brand operated within his/her region from portfolio. Takes active part in the site approval process and provides construction supervision to ensure restaurant are opened to standards
Builds Engagement and a strong culture around Core Values within the Development team toward establishing the brand as an Employer of Choice.
Follows market-mapping strategies and site-specific sales forecasting evaluations to ensure new builds being delivered on Capex sales expectations.
Ensures company business continuity and effective asset management by securing lease prolongations combined with rent renegotiations, relocations, closures and lease terminations if necessary.
Ensures development opening process is followed across all markets starting from site acquisition to new restaurant opening
Ensures Construction processes and development-related procurement systems are followed to manage build costs to optimal levels while maintaining high quality assets -- on-time, on budget.
Ensures Building & Equipment Maintenance processes, vendors, and systems are followed to ensure rapid, cost effective and high-quality support to Operations for all brands.
Ensures brand designs are followed across the portfolio to stay ahead of competition and consumer preferences.
Ensures smooth execution of renovations of existing restaurants portfolio by respecting the renovations annual plan.
