Job Description

 Lead both Sales and Brand Marketing in multiple channels, online (E-Commerce
business) and offline channels.
 Lead the Product team to develop the competitive products for China.
 Business performance, achievement of KPIs and full Profit and Loss accountability.
 Develop and maintain the talent pipeline and succession planning, which includes people
development and talent management.
 Other tasks assigned by business needs.
