The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the export of its products, fostering growth in key global markets, and ensuring the company's long-term competitiveness in an evolving international landscape.

Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Define, develop, and implement the international commercial expansion strategy for its products in key global markets, consolidating the brand's presence in new regions.
  • Business Development: Identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities in international markets, forging strategic relationships with subsidiaries, distributors, and key clients.
  • Growth Execution: Lead the planning and execution of long-term growth initiatives abroad, meeting targets for sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the export team, fostering collaboration across departments (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce commercial policies tailored to foreign markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maximizing profitability.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing department to design and execute global campaigns that enhance product positioning and stimulate demand in target markets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market data to identify trends and opportunities, delivering regular performance and market behavior reports to senior leadership.
  • Representation: Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and events, enhancing brand visibility and networking with key industry stakeholders.
  • Distributor Management: Optimize the management of international distributors, ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international regulations and standards across all operational markets.



The Successful Applicant



  • Professional Background:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Export Manager or in a similar role, with proven success in leading commercial teams and managing subsidiaries and distributors.
    • Demonstrated ability to design and execute international market growth strategies, from feasibility studies to full implementation.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.


  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business, or a related field.
    • A Master's degree, MBA, or postgraduate qualification in International Business or a related area is highly desirable.


  • Core Skills:
    • Strategic vision with a focus on results.
    • Leadership and capability to manage multicultural teams.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at an international level.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
