Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand client footprint in the retail sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the retail industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of retail clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Director to lead our clients growth initiatives within the retail sector.
  • Experience in sales, with retail customers primarily (apparels & footwear, fashion & luxury, grocery, hardware & stationery, consumer durables etc.),
  • Experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the retail sector across Technology Consulting and IT Services.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
