Job Description

  • S/he will be responsible for coaching of the sales team, personal customer relations, analysis of current processes and the implementation of new structures;
  • Being an inspiring leader for the team;
  • Building a strong and reliable networks and working closely with the international team;
  • Implementing a modern product portfolio to ensure the position of a strong partner for the future.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales & marketing management within Automotive/Chemical sectors;
  • Strategic vision, analytical skills and business acumen;
  • Demonstrated organisational structuring skills;
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
