Job Description

  • Demonstrates integrity, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance, while coaching others to uphold these standards.
  • Builds strategic relationships with thought leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and impact.
  • Applies deep knowledge of the Portuguese hospital landscape to implement effective marketing and operational strategies that improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintains an external perspective, leveraging best practices and customer insights to drive agility.
  • Leads planning processes, manages trade-offs, and generates actionable insights through rigorous performance measurement.
  • Fosters trusted, empathetic customer interactions to support better outcomes in Speciality diseases.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration or a scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 year's experience in Marketing, Sales leadership, or relevant pharmaceutical roles.
  • Proven track record in launching hospital-based products.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs is considered beneficial.
