The organization operates in an environment of significant financial and operational complexity, actively expanding its asset portfolio and executing sophisticated capital projects. The selected individual will play a pivotal role throughout the entire investment lifecycle - from identifying and assessing opportunities, through financial modelling and transaction structuring, to overseeing project execution and optimizing the overall portfolio.

Job Description

  • Implementing the organization's investment strategy across CEE markets and selected Western European markets
  • Identifying and selecting new investment opportunities: existing assets, development projects, conversions, redevelopment
  • Analysing investment attractiveness, competitive environment, market trends, and factors influencing demand and asset value
  • Leading full due diligence processes (commercial, financial, technical, legal)
  • Preparing business plans, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for the Management Board
  • Managing end‑to‑end transaction processes, including negotiation, deal structuring, and coordination with advisors
  • Securing project financing in cooperation with banks, funds, and capital partners (including joint‑venture structures)
  • Collaborating with asset owners, developers, institutional investors, and key business partners
  • Overseeing investment project execution, including CAPEX control, timelines, costs, and risk management
  • Reviewing the performance of the existing portfolio and recommending initiatives to enhance profitability and value
  • Representing the organization in engagements with financial and advisory partners as well as at industry‑related events

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in investments or asset transaction roles within real estate, energy, private equity, or related sectors
  • Proven track record in leading full due diligence processes and M&A / asset acquisition transactions
  • Advanced financial modelling skills and strong ability to assess project profitability
  • Knowledge of investment processes, project financing, and cooperation with financial institutions
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and experience working with external partners
  • High business acumen, analytical mindset, and strong data‑driven approach
  • Ability to manage complex projects, including oversight of CAPEX and delivery timelines
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with high exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision‑making
  • Willingness to undertake business travel related to project execution across different markets
