Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
- Total alignment on the problems that the company wants to solve in the society in which it
interacts.
- Create a culture with our strong values. Be loyal to those values.
- Coordinate and create synergies of both VC and Company Builder and the entire
organisation.
- Coordinate so that the company builder has everything necessary to create the best
companies possible.
- Coordinate so that the VC has everything necessary to invest in the best companies and
funds possible.
- Manage company's Budget.
- Work directly with partners, leaders and all stakeholders. Connect the company with corporate,
institutional and academic players to grow its ecosystem.
- Understand the problems that we want to solve, taking that to the company needs, and
discuss that with the board to create the best company environment.
- Foster a strategic relationship with the headquarter maintaining company's autonomy.
- Inspire and lead the team at the company and drive its culture.
- Make the company become the relevant player in the mobility ecosystem worldwide.
- Strategic advisor for our portfolio of Start-ups.

The Successful Applicant

Required Technical and Professional Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in a Disruptive Innovation company environment building Business
Models. Experience in the world of incubators and accelerators companies.
- 10+ years of experience leading Multidisciplinary Teams.
- 10+ years of experience in project management as a leader of PMO and/or experience in
strategic consulting firms.
- Knowledge in the methodology of the incubators companies.
- Knowledge in systemic thinking.
- Demonstrated track record creating great teams, teamwork and knowing how to get the best
out of each of the members of those teams. Creating a very good work environment of
collaboration, mutual respect, autonomous management and creation.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment,
and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of business design methodologies such as Design Thinking, Customer Journey,
Business Model Canvas, etc.
- Experience leading Company Builder (Venture Studio) Programs, creating startups from
scratch.
- Have a broad local and international network in the Innovation Ecosystem.
- Good VC network.
- Good understanding and experience with Start-up Studios.
- Broad ecosystem knowledge.
- Latam knowledge.
- English native speaker.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Big 5
- International experience.
- Having been a mentor to incubators and accelerators companies.
- Experience as an entrepreneur and/or co-founded a Start-up.
- Serial entrepreneur and has gone through the process of raising capital.
- Experience in the Mobility industry.
- VC experience.
- Spanish.
- Athlete in team sports.
