As the CEO, you will lead the strategic direction and overall management of the healthcare operations in Vietnam, playing a crucial role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to all functional departments, ensuring alignment with growth plans and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies in collaboration with the Marketing & BD Director to increase revenue and expand services.
  • Lead and mentor department heads and other key personnel.
  • Oversee mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
  • Manage post-merger integration and develop an in-house team for growth strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in hospital management, with at least 3-5 years in an executive role.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, regulatory principles, and quality frameworks.
  • Expertise in marketing and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Open to any nationality but culturally sensitive and suitable for a leadership role in Vietnam.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Working experience in Vietnam or emerging markets in Southeast Asia is preferred.
