About Our Client

My client is a small B2B SaaS company with a PLG motion in the community services space. They have established an excellent product market fit and reputation and, as a result, are the market leader in their space.

Whilst small, they have experienced X5 growth in the last year and have a high-quality, established team. They are profitable, PE-backed and perfectly positioned to scale and for an exciting journey of growth. Their existing customer base is in Australia and overseas.

Job Description

The CEO will lead the business, driving growth onshore and offshore. The CEO will have a broad range of leadership responsibilities across sales operations, Products, and marketing. You will drive the strategy and execution required to scald the business efficiently, with full P&L responsibility, overseeing all operations. You will inspire, coach and lead a growing team of 25 +

The Successful Applicant

You will have extensive experience working in growing B2B SaaS companies with a solid understanding of Product-led growth. You will have a track record in leading and scaling a complementary Sales process to the PLG motion across multiple segments (SME and mid-market enterprise), ideally in multiple regions.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver products and projects at a high velocity and have a good understanding of SEO and Product-led marking. Ideally, you will have led a lean and efficient operation and scaled a business. You will be an inspirational leader who has led large teams before, knowing the importance of empowering your team but also being comfortable with rolling up your sleeves.
