Successfully investing in sustainable properties, our client is looking for a CEO to lead the whole operations of this highly committed green investment company.
Job Description
Leading and overseeing the income and development fund investments of the Indonesian operations, the CEO will be giving recommendations and strategies for the performance of income and development investments. The CEO also will need to be able to ensure the executions of the most optimal investments, sales, and manage all HR related matters in the Jakarta office.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in real estate or banking background with real estate investment experience and/or JV/Investment business models
- Has extensive network in Indonesia real estate industry
- Possess understanding in Real Estate Industry
- Possess strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset to lead the business
- Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English language
