Job Description

  • Define and lead the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long‑term business goals, operational priorities and international expansion plans.
  • Oversee the full financial ecosystem, including planning, performance management, business controlling, accounting, treasury, and risk management.
  • Strengthen financial governance and operational excellence, ensuring robust processes, accurate reporting and full regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive business performance, partnering closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve profitability, productivity and capital efficiency.
  • Lead strategic investment decisions, evaluating new business opportunities, capex programmes, M&A activity and transformation initiatives.
  • Optimise capital structure and cash management, ensuring liquidity, operational resilience and balanced financial risk.
  • Champion digitalisation within finance, accelerating the adoption of advanced analytics, automation and modern financial systems.
  • Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team, fostering strong business partnering capabilities and a culture of continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience gained within retail, manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or other operationally complex environments.
  • Minimum 10 years in senior financial leadership roles (CFO or equivalent) in large or multinational companies.
  • Proven track record leading strategic financial planning, operational finance, transformation initiatives and cross‑functional business partnering.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments where margins, efficiency and operational excellence are critical.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
