About Our Client

The client is an international provider of high‑end travel and lifestyle services operating through multiple business units, including luxury hospitality, private aviation, mobility services and bespoke experiences. The company is experiencing significant growth and is implementing new technologies, structured reporting tools and organizational enhancements to support an increasingly global footprint.

Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across all business units.
  • Build and monitor detailed P&L structures, ensuring clarity on profitability by unit, client, route and service line.
  • Oversee cash flow, treasury, billing accuracy and credit collection, ensuring discipline and compliance.
  • Drive pricing optimisation in collaboration with commercial teams and support strategic initiatives with analytical insight.
  • Manage tax and regulatory compliance across domestic and international operations.
  • Coordinate banking relationships, external advisors and fiscal partners.
  • Support expansion initiatives, assess new markets and evaluate potential partnerships or M&A opportunities.
  • Oversee investor‑related documentation, data rooms, analyses and reporting.
  • Implement and manage MBO systems, guaranteeing transparency and coherence across the organisation.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of experience in finance, controlling, or CFO roles within high‑value B2C environments, ideally in premium service sectors.
  • Proven track record managing the financial operations of companies with revenues between €20M and €80M and double‑digit margins.
  • Strong expertise in management control, multi‑unit P&L ownership, cash flow management, credit collection, and operational treasury.
  • University degree in Finance/Economics; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant are an advantage.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Italian taxation and VAT rules for international, cross‑border services.
  • Fluent English (C1+); additional languages-especially Spanish-are considered a plus.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, lean, and rapidly evolving organisations.
  • Preferably experienced in travel, tourism, aviation, hospitality, or other high‑end service industries.
  • Added value: familiarity with BI/data analytics tools, MBO schemes, fundraising processes, and due diligence.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating financial data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on mindset with strong operational presence and involvement in day‑to‑day business.
  • Assertive and disciplined approach to enforcing financial processes while maintaining collaborative relationships.
  • Strong partnership attitude towards CEO, COO, and commercial/operational leaders, acting as a strategic advisor.
  • High adaptability and pragmatism, able to move quickly within a competitive and constantly changing market.
