As a private equity-owned roll-up, it is positioned for continued growth through additional follow-on acquisitions in the coming years.Job DescriptionThe Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for all financial functions of the group as well as IT systems and data management. Core responsibilities include financial planning, consolidation, controlling, and accounting, alongside managing banking relationships and actively supporting M&A transactions to drive inorganic growth.
