The candidate can be based in Shanghai or Singapore.

Job Description

As CFO, your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a banking relations strategy to support the company's U.S. listing goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks, investment firms, and financial institutions.
  • Lead negotiations for banking services, including underwriting, advisory, and capital raising.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of the U.S. capital markets and regulatory environment.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of all regulatory filings required for the U.S. listing process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and executive management, to ensure seamless execution of banking and listing strategies.
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings and conferences to build brand visibility and credibility.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

Preferred candidate comes with:

  • Great university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in investment banking, with a strong U.S. IPO coverage.
  • Proven track record in managing banking relationships and capital markets transactions.
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. listing procedures, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with a preference for Foreign Chinese candidates who can bridge cultural and business practices between East and West.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with C-suite executives and banking partners.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
