Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Provide strategic financial input and overall finance management with all the stakeholders
  • Optimise financial performance and strategic position of the business.
  • Manage and develop the finance team to ensure an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure financial compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
  • Manage company financial systems and procedures, ensuring they are efficient and up-to-date.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Strong management skills and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial trends in the equipment leasing industry.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and risk management.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
