Job Description

What You'll Lead:

  • Global Sales in US, EU, and APAC
  • Key Account Management
  • Client Advisory and Consulting
  • Inside Sales
  • Marketing and Growth Operations



You'll unify these teams into a single, metrics-driven revenue engine focused on both expansion of strategic enterprise accounts and new business acquisition.What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute a multi-year commercial growth strategy
  • Direct consulting-driven deal shaping and post-sale expansion
  • Establish disciplined pipeline governance and revenue forecasting
  • Drive 30-35% new logo growth and 65-70% expansion within existing accounts
  • Strengthen relationships with global biopharma, biotech, and research organizations
  • Mentor and develop a cohesive global commercial leadership team

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Chief Commercial Officer should have:

  • 20+ years of experience in life sciences services, scientific informatics, bioinformatics, or data/analytics-driven consulting
  • Proven track record scaling mid-sized or growth-stage companies
  • Strong credibility with R&D, discovery, and data science leaders
  • Deep experience with complex, consultative enterprise sales
  • Comfortable managing distributed teams across multiple regions
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset - not purely enterprise or product-only
