Job Description

  • Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy across all channels.
  • Influence organisational culture to be more customer-focused.
  • Work closely with other C-Suite members to align customer strategy with company goals.
  • Monitor customer trends and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing customer experience team.
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's brand values.
  • Drive customer loyalty and retention through strategic initiatives.
  • Report on customer metrics and business impact to the board of directors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CCO should have:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
