Job Description
As the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) you will be responsible for digital transformation project. You will be accountable for driving better integration and alignment between all functions, including technology, marketing, sales, customer support, pricing and revenue management.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Principal Functions:
- Work with the CEO and Executive board to execute the strategic business plan and identify new opportunities for growth; adjust the strategy as necessary to the specific economic environment
- Promote the company's business objectives with particular emphasis on growing market share
- Be responsible and strong in ensuring that standards of customer service, delivery and technology are met achieving what the business needs
The Successful Applicant
Technical Criteria for this role:
- Successful track record of working at a senior strategic level
- Currently work as a Chief Digital Officer or Digital Director role with a strong, rounded digital and technology background
- Proven success in setting the vision and leading teams to deliver the digital transformation project
- Highly commercial and analytical
- The ability to present and report at board meetings on the company's performance and initiatives

- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable analytical skills, process mind-set, critical thinking and a command of the details
- Strong leadership skills and capacity to inspire people
- Solid communication skills to provide clear direction to sell through concepts and executions both visually and verbally to individuals at all levels of the company

- Strong business sense and strategic overview of markets

- Team player and results oriented
