Job Description

  • Reporting to Board of Director
  • ​Develop and implement the hospital's long - term operational strategy in alignment with the overall business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.​
  • Identify new business opportunities, such as expansion of service lines, partnerships, or strategic alliances, and lead the feasibility studies and implementation plans.​
  • Oversee all aspects of hospital operations, including clinical services, patient care, administrative functions, and support services, to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain high - level patient care and safety.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, such as patient throughput, length of stay, patient satisfaction, and financial performance, and take corrective actions as needed.​
  • Work closely with medical directors and clinical department heads to enhance the quality of clinical services, ensure compliance with medical regulations and practices, and promote continuous improvement in patient care.
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical pathways, treatment protocols, and evidence - based medicine initiatives to standardize care and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinical and non - clinical departments to streamline patient flow and improve the overall patient experience.
  • Develop and execute the hospital's marketing and business development plans to increase brand awareness, attract new patients, and retain existing ones
  • Manage the hospital's revenue cycle, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations with insurers and corporate clients, and revenue collection processes, to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, insurers, referring physicians, community partners, and government agencies, to enhance the hospital's reputation and business opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high - performing operations team, including department managers and staff, to achieve operational excellence and organizational goal
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure employee development and engagement.Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that values innovation, teamwork, and patient - centered care.​



The Successful Applicant

  • A master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required. A medical degree (MD) or other relevant clinical background is a plus.​
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a private hospital or healthcare organization.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, operations management, and financial management in the healthcare industry.​
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and industry practices in a private healthcare setting.​​
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem - solving, and decision - making abilities.​
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in marketing, revenue cycle management, and business development.​
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.​
  • Ability to adapt to a fast - paced and changing healthcare environment and drive organizational change effectively.​
