Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and execute the company's long-term strategy, focusing on growth, innovation, and market development.

- Lead initiatives to expand global sales networks and maintain competitive advantage in the client's sector.

- Oversee partnerships and acquisitions to enhance product portfolio and market reach.Operational Excellence:

- Ensure efficient operations across manufacturing, R&D, and IT infrastructure.

- Drive productivity improvements that capitalise on recent investment in facilities, equipment, and processes.

- Manage currency risk and financial performance, including EBIT margin and gross margin targets.Innovation & Product Development:

- Champion new product development as a core growth driver.

- Oversee R&D investments and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions to meet market needs.People & Culture:

- Attract, retain, and develop the right people across all business areas.

- Ensure employee engagement, welfare, and professional development.

- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and mental well-being initiatives.Financial Stewardship:

- Deliver sustainable financial performance and shareholder value.

- Monitor key KPIs: sales, gross margin, EBIT margin, customer lead times, and safety metrics.Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks related to sales, product quality, talent retention, and operational safety.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Corporate Social Responsibility:
