Job Description

  • Act as a key business partner to the General Manager and senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business performance
  • Manage and develop a team across finance, accounting, controlling, and related areas
  • Shape and implement the financial strategy in line with the company's overall goals
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business plans
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and turn them into practical actions
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, including credit and currency exposure
  • Support cost control and help teams across the organization use resources effectively
  • Oversee monthly and yearly financial closing, ensuring reports are delivered on time and meet required standards
  • Build a culture of ownership, transparency, and ongoing improvement within the team
  • Help improve systems and processes to support better financial visibility and faster decision-making

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a similar field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role - in a holding or capital group
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to think strategically
  • Proactive, reliable, and guided by high professional standards
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to a fast-changing business environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and lead teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in working across functions and at senior levels
