Job Description

  • Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to align with company goals
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability
  • Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Managing cash flow, investments, and risk management processes effectively
  • Collaborating with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
  • Enhancing financial systems, policies, and procedures for operational efficiency
  • Leading and mentoring a sizeable accounting & finance team to achieve departmental objectives
  • Engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparent and effective financial communication

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional Qualification (i.e. HKICPA, CPAA, AICPA etc)
  • At least 20-25 years of all rounded accounting and finance experience, with the at least 5-8 years in a Head of/ C suite level role
  • Strong leadership capability in developing talent and strategic planning abilities
  • Candidates who come from a complicated industry background is a plus
  • Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proven track record in his/her career path with evident achievements made
