Job Description

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and operations across global entities.
  • Drive IPO readiness, including compliance, audit, and capital structure optimisation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
  • Represent the company at global conferences and investor forums.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure robust financial governance and risk management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in biotech, healthcare, or high-growth sectors.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, IPO processes, and regulatory frameworks (especially HKEX Chapter 18A).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Previous experience with innovative biotechnology sector is a must
  • Priority will be given to the talents with scientific degree
