Job Description



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Finance & Administration activities, including accounting, planning, cash flow management and financial reporting.
  • Lead and develop the Finance team (approx. 5 people) while supervising related operational areas such as IT, facility and logistics.
  • Strengthen controlling, budgeting and KPI monitoring processes, ensuring robust internal governance and improved operational flows.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and cross‑functional teams, supporting Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Manage external advisors and stakeholders, ensuring full compliance on legal, HR and financial matters.
  • Prepare timely financial analysis and reports for management, investors and ownership.
  • Contribute to strategic and extraordinary projects aimed at enhancing the company's organisation and growth trajectory.

The Successful Applicant



The Successful Candidate

  • Experienced finance professional with a background in small or mid‑sized entrepreneurial organisations.
  • Strong technical skills in controlling, cash management, financial planning and process improvement.
  • Pragmatic, hands‑on approach, able to operate effectively in lean and evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence operations‑related areas.
  • Experience in consumer goods; exposure to the beauty sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with private equity stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative leadership style and strong business orientation.
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel occasionally.
