In order to drive additional growth and ultimately an exit/investment event, the CEO and Board are now searching for their first full-time CFO to join the Leadership Team and be part of their incredibly exciting story as the company seeks to expand further.Job DescriptionWorking in close partnership the CEO and Board, the new Chief Financial Officer will take full responsibility for the group finance team and play a vital role in further business growth and development. The successful candidate will help guide the operational, sales-focused management team as well as helping to shape the overall culture of the business, by embedding a sound, commercial finance strategy at the heart of the company's plans for growth. Responsibilities will include: Leading the finance team, ensuring that all team-members operate at a level needed to support the growth of the businessCreation of a business partnering culture, ensuring that the team can provide financial advice, guidance and analysis to sales leadership and the wider management team.Lead the budget and forecasting process, to ensure real-time, accurate forecasting data is readily available to the Board and management teamCreate a robust and accurate cash forecasting process.Managing Investor Relations and provision of analysis and reporting for Investors and the BoardBuild robust global internal financial systems and processes that can be expanded accordingly as the company growsOversight of employee equity incentive and reward schemesOptimise financial models, including commission and leadership bonus schemesOversee legal and tax affairs, and manage relationships with external partners in the UK, Asia, USA & EuropeThe Successful ApplicantThis is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Finance leader to help guide a business through an incredibly exciting period of growth and development.
