Due to continued growth, Maxum Foods have an opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to join the team.Job DescriptionReporting to the Board, the Chief Financial Officer will be a pivotal leader providing direction and strategic input to contribute to the continued growth of Maxum Foods. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Day to day management of the Finance and head office administration teams.Responsible for reviewing, developing, and improving systems and processes to enhance sustainable scalability, focusing on structure, ERP & IT systems, and business insights.Offer strategic, commercial, and analytical support to Maxum Foods and Maxum Animal Nutrition business units.Oversee governance and risk management, balancing risk control with commercial growth plans.Drive and nurture a high-performance culture, keeping staff motivated and inspired.Manage smaller investments and entities within the group, including compliance and shareholder investments.The Successful ApplicantTo be considered for this opportunity, you will be a CFO that is driven by values and a passion for your people. You will be known for your ability to cultivate a collaborative and high performing team environment that can deliver on company objectives.You will be CA or CPA Qualified with a track record of leading teams and businesses through periods of change. This could include working within organisations through periods of large-scale growth or transformation, particularly in systems, structure, and process.
