Job Description

As a CFO, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee all financial operations, including financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for fundraising, M&A, and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
  • Optimize cash flow management, working capital, and investment strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while implementing robust internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to enhance capabilities and performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • An advanced degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong financial and accounting background.
  • Experience in a senior financial managerial position.
  • Proficient in corporate finance principles and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
